By purchasing a Plan or using this website, you agree to these Terms and to the specific terms of your Service Contract, which will be provided at signup.
- Plans are service contracts covering mechanical failure of covered items due to normal wear and tear, subject to the exclusions, limits, and waiting periods in your Service Contract.
- A trade service fee may apply each time a contractor is dispatched for a covered claim.
- Plans automatically renew monthly unless cancelled; you may cancel at any time as described in our Cancellation Policy below.

- Cancelling during your 30-day free trial means you will not be charged.
- Cancelling after the free trial stops future billing; coverage continues through the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise required by your state.
